Dr. Stephanie Hayward

While doing a grade six career project, I decided to become a veterinarian. The idea was to combine my love of science and animals. After graduating from the Atlantic Veterinary College in 2012, I later joined the 4 Paws Veterinary Hospital in 2018. The areas I enjoy most are surgery and dentistry. I love seeing how quickly animals feel better after dealing with a toothache.

I currently own two Wheaton Terriers, named Phineas and Maebh. My favourite thing about working at the clinic is the variety. We love agility! It’s hard to be bored when you never know what’s going to walk through the door. Fun fact about me: I compete in Crossfit on my days off.
